01.Who we are
Klipvo is an AI video and image generation aggregator operated at klipvo.com. When this policy says "we", "us", or "Klipvo", we mean the Klipvo service and its operators.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and the choices you have. It applies to users of the website, the generation workspace, and any related services.
02.Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and profile image URL from Google. We store this through our authentication provider so we can identify you across sessions.
Generation data. When you submit a prompt, upload reference media, or run a generation, we store the prompt text, the parameters you chose, the model you selected, and the resulting output for your own later access.
Usage and billing. We store your credits balance, the history of credits deducted or refunded, and any subscription plan associated with your account.
Technical data. Our servers and CDN automatically receive standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data. Please do not submit prompts or reference media that contain government identifiers, health records, or similar sensitive information.
03.How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide and maintain the Klipvo service.
- Process generation requests, deduct or refund credits, and return results to you.
- Send service-related emails, such as sign-in confirmations.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
- Improve product quality, measure aggregate usage, and debug errors.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts or generated outputs to train third-party AI models.
04.Processing by AI providers
To generate videos and images, Klipvo forwards your prompt and any reference media you upload to the upstream AI provider you selected (for example, the vendor behind Sora, Veo, Runway, Kling, Hailuo, Midjourney, GPT Image, Flux, or similar models).
These providers process your input under their own terms of service and privacy policies. Klipvo does not control their handling of this data. You can find provider-specific links on each model detail page under Models.
If you do not want your content sent to a given provider, do not submit a generation using that model.
06.Data storage and security
Account data and generation metadata are stored in a Postgres database operated by our hosting provider. Generated media files are stored in an object store with signed, time-limited download URLs so that direct file access expires automatically.
Data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, or other regions where our service providers operate. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
07.Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Generation history and generated media are retained so you can access your library.
If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain specific records for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
08.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can exercise most of these rights directly inside your account settings. For anything that is not self-serve, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
09.Children
Klipvo is not intended for children under 13, and not intended for children under 16 in jurisdictions that set a higher age threshold. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
